Capturing Thoughts and Feelings in the New Year
I’ve practiced writing Six-Word Memoirs weekly for several years. It has helped me slow down to use six words to name the week. I’ve written most of the weeks without missing a streak. Sometimes, I miss a few weeks and then try to catch up. Even when I try to keep up, I find the practice very helpful for my soul.
